Jason Dixon
Jason Dixon founded RJD Craft Co. in 1999 and has spent over 25 years in the trades — framing houses, hanging drywall, installing cabinets, and doing the kind of finish carpentry and hardwood work that most contractors farm out. He's a hands-on craftsman who personally handles much of the finish carpentry and hardwood flooring on every project, from solid and engineered installations to custom patterns like herringbone, chevron, and decorative borders.
Before going full-time in contracting, Jason was a licensed insurance agent with Nationwide. That experience changed everything about how he approaches restoration work. He's seen firsthand how the claims process works from the carrier's side — what adjusters look for, how estimates get approved, and where homeowners lose money by going with the wrong contractor. That dual perspective is why homeowners trust him with their insurance claim projects.
Jason doesn't run his business from behind a desk. He hand-selects every subcontractor on his crew, oversees every phase of work, and works alongside his team with professional-grade tools from Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt, and Bosch. When your project needs water damage cleanup, he shows up with state-of-the-art extraction and drying equipment. When it needs custom trim or hardwood, he shows up with the tools and skills to do it himself.
When you call RJD Craft Co., you're talking to the person who's going to do the work — not a call center, not a regional manager, not an answering service. His approach is simple: treat every home like it's his own.

Our Approach
Three principles that set RJD Craft Co. apart from the big restoration companies.
Direct Communication
One point of contact from start to finish. No call centers, no answering services, no project manager hand-offs. Jason picks up the phone, and Jason runs your project. No runaround — ever.
Quality Craftsmanship
Professional-grade tools from Festool, Makita, and DeWalt. Custom hardwood patterns — herringbone, chevron, decorative borders. Expert finish carpentry on every project. Materials chosen for quality, not margin.
Insurance Expertise
As a former licensed insurance agent with Nationwide, Jason understands claims from both sides. He speaks the adjuster's language, knows what gets approved, and ensures nothing gets missed or underpaid on your claim.
